The MYGLOBESHOP.COM store was created by the company Sarl "AGENCEWWW" whose registered address is at 24 rue Janeau 33100 Bordeaux - France, with business registration number 519755391 RCS Bordeaux - Siret 51975539100017 - APE 4791A. AGENCEWWW is the company which created, owns and runs this website under a distribution agreement with the GLOBE™ brand.

The company being incorporated in France, French shall prevail for the General Terms and Conditions, and litigation matters may only be settled before the French courts. 

Any order of a product featured on the MYGLOBESHOP.COM store shall imply adherence to the present general terms and conditions.

Users may consult freely, easily and at anytime these general terms and conditions by following the link "T&C or General Terms and Conditions". The T&Cs being subject to modifications, the applicable conditions shall be those effective on the day of the order.

This information is offered in English (a French version is also available, in case of contradiction between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail). The user declares having full legal capabilities to commit to the present T&Cs. The present T&Cs shall apply for the necessary duration needed to provision the goods and services ordered, and until the guarantees expire.

The present T&Cs rule the sales taking place on the MYGLOBESHOP.COM website. These conditions supersede any other conditions.

ORDER - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order requests are processed at the earliest by our Customer Service, which is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00-13:00 to 14:00 to 17:00


Once your order is accepted, we shall send you and email to confirm your order named "MYGLOBESHOP - YOUR PURCHASES" with order details and amount, and shall be deemed a sales contract.

Please check carefully the details of the delivery address that you provide us, as we cannot be held liable for delivery delays or impossibility to deliver due to your erroneous input of the delivery address. If you notice a mistake in the delivery address in the order confirmation email received, send us an email with the correct details no later than the next day before 10am.

Any order placed on the website shall imply full and unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs. Orders placed over the server require the user to commit to pay the order the price that is effective when his/her order is validated.

By clicking "SUBMIT MY ORDER" you validate your order. This "click" shall be deemed an electronic signature (of same value as a hand-drawn signature) that concludes and executes the sales contract (by French law on electronic signatures, March 13, 2000)

MYGLOBESHOP.COM reserves the right not to register a payment and therefore not to validate an order in case it receives information, or judges the situation to be, not compliant to the present T&Cs.

Data stored by MYGLOBESHOP.COM constitute the sole proof of all past transactions between the website and its customers. Data stored by the payment systems constitute proof of financial transactions.

Products remain the sole property of MYGLOBESHOP.COM until full payment of the order amount.

PRODUCTS - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The MYGLOBESHOP.COM website showcases products for sale with the necessary product features that allow compliance to Article L 111-1 of the French Consumption Code (Code de la consommation), which includes the possibility for the prospective customer to be informed of the main features of the products he/she wishes to purchase before placing the actual order.

 

Our website is updated daily. Products visible when you place your order shall be made available by chronological order of orders placed, and while stocks last. The order confirmation email will provide confirmation that the selected articles are reserved for you. If certain products happen not to be available, the order confirmation email shall list only your reserved products and the new corresponding amount. Only the amount corresponding to reserved products shall be billed to your credit card. If no article is available at all, you shall be informed on the cancellation of your order.

Even while trying our best to provide users visual and textual information as accurate and realistic as possible to assist them in their choice, photographs, texts, sketches and drawings illustrating the featured products can in no way be considered as contractual. As such, MYGLOBESHOP.COM's liability cannot be engaged in case of mistake or omission on the photographs, texts, sketches or drawings or in case the features of the product are modified by the supplier.

You may pay your order using a Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, 
Maestro, Electron, E-Cartebleue) and Paypal by following the order steps detailed on the MYGLOBESHOP.COM website. We use the secured and encrypted payment solution "Payzen" provided by our Bank. More info about Payzen. Currency used for payments is Euro (€) for all destinations. 

User warrants to MYGLOBESHOP.COM that it possesses the necessary approvals to use the payment mode he/she chose during the validation of the order. MYGLOBESHOP.COM reserves the right to suspend any order processing and any delivery in case the credit card payment authorization is not granted by officially accredited entities, or in case payment is not made. 

MYGLOBESHOP.COM specifically reserves the right to refuse to deliver, or to honor an order from a customer that would have not fully or partially paid a previous order, or with whom a payment litigation would be under way. Products are delivered to the delivery address you entered during the order process. 

- Parcels are sent using CHRONOPOST international (Chronopost) for international shipping. Your signature will be necessary at the parcel reception. If there is no-one to collect the parcel at your delivery address, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and you have to ask for a 2nd delivery. - Parcels are sent using GLS delivery (GLS-group.eu) for French deliveries so that if there is no-one to collect the parcel at your delivery address, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and you have to ask for a 2nd delivery. Track your GLS delivery here

Under normal conditions, your products shall reach you within :
- 5 to 10 working days following your online order to France and Monaco, UK, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy.

- 10 to 14 working days to Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Greece and Cyprus. 

We commit to do our best to stay ion this timeframe. As we still need to inform you of a legal maximum delivery time, we shall specify it to be 30 working days following the "Delivery Notification" email. If our delivery time exceeds our maximum delivery time by over 7 days without having notified or justified of a case of force majeure, you may cancel the sale with a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to us, and have the debited amounts paid back to you within 30 days of reception of the letter.

RETURN POLICY
You made a mistake, you changed your mind, you dont like this product anymore... You have a right to withdraw your purchase, for a period of 30 days starting from the day you received your order, and you need to follow the 3 steps below:

 

a) Step 1: within the 30 days you must inform MYGLOBESHOP.COM's customer service of your withdrawal by email: contact@myglobeshop.com. We will give you a Return Number and the Return address. Prepare a copy of the invoice with a mention of your Return Number. 

b) Step 2: Prepare a parcel to return the article to the Return address. Your return article has to be complete, in perfect re-sale order, must not have been used, damaged, or dirtied, and must be in its original and intact packaging. We advise you register the parcel (with acknowledgment of receipt) and to get parcel insurance to ensure proper collection on our side, and to minimize risks of parcel loss. Return fees are to be borne exclusively by the customer and shall not be refunded.

c) Step 3: Upon reception of your parcel we shall offer you a refund of the product(s) bought and duly returned, to place a new order on MYGLOBESHOP.COM

To be accepted, any return will have to be notified within the 30 days to the MYGLOBESHOP.COM Customer Service, and must be linked to a Return Number. 

Do not bother to return articles which have been used (even only once), which are dirty, damaged, or incomplete as they will not be refunded nor sent back to you again.

COMPLAINTS
We commit to exchange or refund products that do not match your order (products with defects, or obvious delivery mistakes) within 30 days from the day you received your order. You must inform MYGLOBESHOP.COM's customer service of your withdrawal by email: contact@myglobeshop.com. We will give you an Exchange Number and Exchange Address.

To be accepted, any return will have to be notified within the 30 days to the MYGLOBESHOP.COM Customer Service, and must be linked to a Return Number. Once the 30-day period expired, we consider our products as being compliant to your order and no exchange shall longer be possible.
